So, about the curriculum, it's fine, I mean, sometimes I think "This is useful? Can I use it in my day to day or my future job?", but, maybe it's just me.
About the teaching methods, I have nothing to say, because, teachers do what they can, it's hard to do an interactive class with a full room of students, you can't, so it's fine, the theoretical class it's theoretical, the practical class it's practical, you learn making the things, so, it's okay, may there are "better" teacher than others, because they have charm, but the teaching methods are practically equals.
Now, when I think in the workload and length of studies, one questions comes to my mind, and its "why my first class its at the 8:30 AM and my last class finish at the 6:20, having a 4 hours window in the same day?" I don't know who did the time table, but I hate it with my soul, so, I don't know, maybe an improvement of timetables for students? All of this without thinking in some tests after the class schedule...
The use of technology it's fine too, I can't think about other instances where we need the use of technology, obviating when we use them, and when we use them it's fine, computers work, internet works, it's everything what we need.
Talking now about the faculty facilities, classrooms are good, laboratory it's good, everything seems good, maybe my only repair it's about the tables, they are too small, I barely fit my arm with my notebook in that space.
But if we think about it well, this is my first semester, I haven't been long enough to analyze carefully this aspects of the career.
I agree with you , the tables needs to be repaired. They are so uncomfortable
ReplyDeletethe most terrible thing is the scattered schedules.
